Objectives of the learning alliances

  • Your employees will discuss their current challenges with peers from other companies within an implementation-oriented and tailor-made training program.

  • By constantly reflecting with peers from other companies and industries, you call entrenched processes and practices in question and develop new perspectives and options for action

  • The program is closely supervised and moderated. Outstanding lecturers of the University of St. Gallen take on the aspects of the program content.

  • The company representatives (Advisory Board) ensure a constant review and transfer of the set goals.
