Education
Xena Welch Guerra is a Lecturer at the Institute of Management & Strategy and an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her research interests lie in the areas of behavioral and corporate strategy. She completed her doctorate at the University of St. Gallen with highest distinction and has received a number of national and international grants and awards. From 2015 to 2017 she was a visiting scholar at INSEAD Singapore and the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
